let me understand you, are you talking about placing your google ads on someone else proxy landing page? if i install PHP Proxy wont i get my own template and landing page to customize it?

landing page of a proxy is it's home page.

also, can some one recommend me about hosting that allows proxies?

    does go daddy allows it?

In almost all cases a VPS or dedicted server is a must, even then problems can happen with proxies. Godaddy is not sufficient for proxies, nor do they allow them last I heard. Standard hosting will not allow them, the few that do I wouldn't trust to keep your or anyones pages up ;)

So does everyone, I take it you decided to read over the part that it's not allowed on most every standard host? Proxies are HARD on servers, that's the reason hosts do not allow them. They also cause tons of problems.

I'm sure you can try it, but you'll be taking the chance of getting your account frozen.

ok, i will contact godaddy and ask them, if not i wont run it and wait till i get some cash to buy good hosting.

is .net over .com really matters on proxies?

why don't you take the suggestion of people who know what they are talking about and are trying to help you?

proxies and shared hosts do not work together.

If you use www.embedproxies.com then there's no requirement of VPS or Dedicated Server. We handle all the bandwidth and load. :)

way to promote your own site...

why would anyone want to use that? as long as embedproxies.com is blocked (which is probably will be) by the main filters, then anyone using your code will be left with a non functioning proxy...

    Quoted for truth.

Especially since it doesn't take much brains to get hosting, and a free template if needed.

Yes you are right that our site probably will be blocked by the main filters but what about your proxies? Can't they be?

Proxy.org, Vtunnel.com, NinjaProxy.com all are very big proxy websites and are blocked on many places but still getting 50k+ unique visitors everyday. It does not mean that if site has been blocked by one filter then there's no way of it to be online anymore. It's still very useful for many other places.

Btw i am not promoting my site. Wounded1987 already mentioned about our site on his very few first posts. So i thought it's good to clear somethings that are important for proxy owners.

No need to school me on proxies...

It just makes no sense to use a service like yours. First of all, a new proxy won't be automatically blocked, as one would if they used your site. Second of all, their site relies entirely on your server being up and running with little load. Sites like proxy.org wouldn't list it due to it not being a "real" proxy. And lastly, by using your service, one would be completely missing out on the revenue to be made on the proxied pages.

That right there alone goes half the income.

And, if your post above wasn't an ad, then I've never seen one in my life.

It makes much more sense to use a form like this because it queries a long list of proxy sites, therefore essentially guaranteeing no down time.

Actually he is right. You can't put any of your own ads on the proxified pages, completely ruining the majority of your income. Plus when a proxy gets banned, it really does become worthless which is why people create new ones all the time.

    Great answer
To me it shows you are the one who knows nothing...

I agree with the other poster btw. The only benefit at all is not having to pay high server costs. But what happens when your server goes down totally, data center forces you to remove the proxy from spam, etc.

If you are serious about this service I also hope you're running multiple, extremely powerful servers.

Your service is simply like adding a search box onto a page, you get all the traffic, it's not a 'real' service IMHO.

Make it something better than that 2 second code you're using, something that allows the user to add advertisements, control other aspects and you 'might' be onto something. When the service first came out I recreated it in mere seconds as there is nothing fancy to it at all, embedding a form onto a page.

...it's people like you who have turned DP into a marketplace where every other post is an advertisement/self-promotion instead of a helpful place where new people can get useful advice.

fwiw, i've been in proxies for quite awhile now...
