AdSense and MySpace - breaching any TOS? Could someone please clear this up?

I've heard conflicting views on this and I'm wondering if people can settle it here.
Is it ok to put google adsense ads on your myspace page? is this against the TOS of either site/company?

MySpace doesn't allow javascript so it's impossible to put Adsense ads.

You will see them soon enough. Google has recently partnered with MySpace to be the only provider of advertising.

However, that does not mean publishers will be able to place their own Adsense code in.

Yeah, I doubt Google would pay 900 million $ and then split the profits with the publishers :) ... the chance of seeing users puting adsense up on MySpace is slim to none.

Javascripts, Iframes, Active X.. These all present major security risks (through cross-site scripting), its plain stupid if myspace allows any of this content on their user pages. But with all the drive-by downloads and other trash that is on myspace, I wouldent be surprised.

if a myspace user posts MP3's, which they do all the time, isnt this violating Google TOS?

I think Myspace and Youtube violate TOS all the time yet i see google ads over there, do big comapnies have different rules?
