Adsense and my blog! 1k Unique visitors daily but less than a 1$ from adsense daily!

I have google ads on sidebar and the footer...

on the footer i have a 728xsmth link units.. and on sidebar i have 2x 160x600 ads...

what should I do to earn more?

Wow do you monotize from other services other than Adsense i hope you are because you should be getting more than $1 for 1000 unique a day? Are you sure these are the true figures?

If you don't have any other ads, then IMO Adsense in the Footer is useless it may aswell not be there, sidebar is OK, maybe Header and inside your content, maybe floated next to paragraphs or just placed before.

Make sure ad links have the same colour as your link structure and blend

 

Maybe its a low paying niche, if not then try an ad up top, blend the ads if you haven't already.

 

I wish I knew my friend, I have had just over 600 page impressions over 3 websites over the last 2 days and not one damn click, plus I have changed my layout 4 times. Answers on a postcard please

maybe its something to do with yor niche or it can also be ad placement and not being blended in properly for which its not getting enough clicks. hard to tell without looking at the site

 

you should earn more in my opinion

 

Try to change the color scheme. Test for a few days and see how it performs.
Keep in mind AdSense is not the only way to monetize your site And it's not paying good lately.

 

Optimize ads placements.

Try to use 336 * 280 ad unit where possible.

 

Yeahh i would say it is unfortunalty a low paying niche. You could just try to work on SEO and get more visitors and keep the site

 

Even if it was a low paying niche, 1000 uv and $1 from AdSense is super low. Are you getting visits from humans, try to investigate the stats and visits to your site.

 

it's depend on click! this click related with keyword and page impression. if u have same visitor everyday may be u should try to use multiple palette which is allow u to choose 4 type of color. Mean every day your ads will change and this will promote your repeated visitor to click..

 

don't change layout 4 times in 2 days
wait at least couple of days between to layouts

try using a "click tracking software" to see who is actually clicking on the ads (even though you get a lot of US traffic, it isnt the US people clicking on them?)

 

My blog is about hip hop music...

and i update it with new videos, pics, and singles sometimes...

so basicly what im trying to say is... people dont got to click much...

should I change my blog theme with wp-remix... in that way ill organize the posts in a better way and add more ad spots...

cuz the theme i have right now... is very simple...

 

your CTR is quite low...maybe work on blending?

 

get out of adsense and promote things like ringtones, since your hip hop you would make a killing with a ringtones banner.
