Adsense and music downloads?

    Hi I am looking forward to create a blog with rapidshare links for people to download full mp3 albums....you might know these pages, they are everywhere. My question is, can I advertise with Adsense in these kind of blogs? The music is not there, just links.....I couldnt find any info about this. If someone knows please let me know

    if you link to other pages who offer illegal mp3 download then AdSense will ban you, but if the download is legal then you don't have to be afraid
