    So long as you remain in TOS regarding the number of ads I can't see a problem - it's just another page.

    According to adsense program policies (http://www.google.com/adsense/policies):

    The reason for this policy is that google believes strongly in providing a positive experience for the user. We have found that pop-ups, pop-unders, etc. take away from the user experience.

    Better do not try it.
