    LOL sorry about that.

Anyway, for an undiversified mug like me (80% of my earnings are AdSense) it will be a significant boost in revenues, :p.

Well I just got my acceptance email and 12 seconds later I had the code integrated in a significant proportion of my pages - so I'm quite keen to see how it goes.

That said from what I can see so far the advertising isn't very targeted at all and the ads do take awhile to load, so I will be interested to see the results.

Good luck with it. My experience with these other ad networks is that they are not great in terms of revenue. Tried one a while back as an adsense alternative, but it never made much (wasn't kontiki - forget which one it was)

You know that Kontera is run in conjuction with AdSense rather than in replacement of AdSense - so if you are looking to monetise your sites then it is most people's interests to install Kontera as well.

I mean I have yet to have the chance to test the theory, but people have claimed that their AdSense earnings before and after Kontera is unaffected by running Kontera. So in that case it is just additional income being earnt.

Keep us updated on how it goes for you over the next few days. It will give us a fairly good idea of how it might compare against adsense.

No Kontera cater for quite a large range of countries now - it's just their FAQ page is out of date. I'm from Australia and apparently there are about another 75 Aussies that are using Kontera as well, and I'm pretty sure they have branched into a significant percentage of Europe as well. The best way to find out if they offer their service to your country is just to email them - they normally take between 24 - 48hrs to respond.

I am with Kontera for the past one year and they're paying very nicely.
At present I am having 125 pages and 15,000 unique visitors per month with a revenue of $75 per month.

I would like to recommend the site owners to go for kontera. I would like to share my experience with kontera. I read this book on kontera before signing in and got success..

Still I'm in doubt that can I use both Google and Kontera. Will anybody provide me the link that shows the usage of both?

Do you mean you have a 125 page site with 15,000 unique visitors a month that earns you $75? Do you have Kontera running on all pages or just some. How do you find their ads realte to the content of your pages?

How does it compare agianst you adsense earning based on similar stats?

Does anyone have any examples of sites running Kontera?

    Update #3:
Stats were down all day yesterday, so this morning i finally got to see my stats for the last 2 days:
Friday (i put the code on my site that day, early evening) :$10
    Saturday: $24

The ads relate fairly well to my content - not quite as good as Adsense, but wayyyyyyyy better than Yahoo. My account manager says it should get better over time as they 'tweak' things..

So far i'm pretty darn happy..

Just got accepted! Pretty happy coz I went to their site a month or so ago and was disappointed I didn't fit their criteria. :)

Shame my site earning the most was also the first site I created - all static html pages... I better go and change that to a system using template files so I can add things like this easily.

They say the ads might take upto 10 days to customize to your site properly so be patient :)

Are these Kontera stas? If so, its fairly pleasing to see. Again, how many page impressions are we talking about here? Do you have it running on all the pages?

Its interesting that you say it provides better related ads than YPN as YPN is good at providing ads that are well related, but obviously not as good as Adsense.

Finally, did you apply through the link in the first post in this thread?

those stats are for 6,700 impressions on friday (half a day) and 17,000 on saturday. I have kontera on virtually all my pages (i excluded only a few) but only for non-registered members of the site (no ads for members).
I did not apply via the link in this thread - Kontera had approached me a day or so before this thread was started..

So why do they havent changed the limited page impression from 500.000/mo to 0/mo ? You can see at the "Publisher´s Qualification" https://www.kontera.com/default.aspx?id=102 it didnt changed. However when in the sign up form you can select the first option "Less than 500.000" Is it ok?

I think they are changing iot as of now. The OP states that you can sign up through that link to get "preferentail" treatment. Anyways, sometimes even when they change their policy it does not always reflect in their terms right away.

I emailed them about a few of their inconsistencies of their policies and their websites - and they said they would be changing it soon.
