Maybe make a site that won't get rejected? Seriously, though, your site must be somewhat shady, because Casale basically takes just about everyone as long as you can send them 1000 impressions/day or so. Whatever sites you're submitting, it's probably the content or theme that they're rejecting. Again, Casale is quite possibly the easiest to get into, followed by Fastclick (another 1,000/day ad network), followed by Burst, and then TF, the hardest of the ad networks to get into.

I've just been accepted by casalemedia, but am a bit worried that using their banners may take away some of my (admittedly not very high) adsense earnings. Anyone have any experience of this?

My experience, Dont use Adsense and Casale on same pages.
Use both on different pages and they will work fine.

Okay, thanks for the advice, though I'm getting all PSAs from Casalmedia at the moment.

Really? I'm only getting PSAs with the leaderboards - others are ok. Perhaps I've disabled too many ads in my campaign manager?

What I do is I use casalemedia's pop unders and Adsense on the same pages. Works like a charm for me. I am getting USD4 as my ecpm. I think thats amazing :)

Thanks netaddict, I think I'll try adsense in combo with casalemedia's pop unders (once they stop showing Red Cross ads all over my site).

Just be sure that pop unders don't irratate your users too much. I tried it out for a while, but the users complained and I stopped using it as my traffic was starting to drop. If you provide something your users can't find anywhere else, or if you have a very dedicated user base it could work out very nicely.

Then you are lucky. Also keep in mind that many people are using pop-up blockers as well, so the majority of your users might not see the ads. But each site would be different of course.

I dont use Popups and Pop-unders for my sites. they irritate me so i dont want to give them to my visitors.
Pop-unders work well and they pay high for pop-unders but just keep in mind that it is not the best way of advert.
