Adsense And Blogs

Guys, when it comes to making money solely of blogs, how many blogs do you have? Or Do you recommend? Is it Best to have lets say 6-8 blogs and update them each everyother day, or have 3 and update them daily? At the end, which one you think will monetize better? I know blogs dont monetize as well as other sites, but still, what do you guys think, what is your experience?

Well, it depends on your blog's theme and how unique the content you update with is, it also depends on how unique content your niche demands. Blogging isn't easy when it's a one man's show so I'd say you better start with one, two at the most and update with fairly unique content, when you see they're established - try expanding, but not too fast.

My blogs don't make me any money, mainly because of an utter lack of visitors. Still, I find blogging easier to do with a limited amount of subjects, since you'll have to come up with original content every day, which is quite hard when you're just getting started. I'd say: Two blogs to begin with, perhaps expand later, but don't count on any serious money.

 

You have the possiblity at serious money if you keep the blogs updated and stay interested in the topics you're writing about. I'd say start out with 1 blog and see how that goes. If that goes smoothly, open another blog. Just don't let the 2nd one interfere with the 1st one.

 

Very disappointing for serious bloggers who were banking on content to earn a living.

 

My strategy was:
1) Start one blog, make it profitable
2) Start another one
3) Rinse and repeat, and finally buying content which I have just started doing for the past few weeks.

 

8-10 blogs with unique and regularly updated content will do..

 

I have only 2 blog and regularly updating it also..... and making some good money.

blogs = VERY LOW CTR for me. maybe i just suck?

 

I suppose you should try to make 1 blog at first and try an make it outstanding. Try and put an unique perspective on things on aniche that you are comfortable writing about. I would avoid general blogs.

I guess that my experience is different than most.

 

My experience is very bad with blog. In my opinion, The G pay more if host a website.

 

I've heard some (few) people make alot and most others make very little. Those making alot are most likely established bloggers who got in early about 2 years ago. I suppose there is no fast rule to this.
