Is it alright to display adsense and bidvertiser ads with almost the same layout but inverted colors? Because it's using "and" rather than "or" same layout with different or inverted colors is not a violation. Am I right?
The statement seems to suggest it's ok but it's really difficult to interpret what google could actually mean. In fact, I don't see them mention anything saying that you can also place both types of ads on the same page, so that is another point of consideration which you should also think about.
I have seen many guys using same ads but you need to make little different between them , so if someone from adsense check your site than they should not feel that both are same ads .
It clearly means that you cannot confuse the visitors with google ads and other third party ads provider, if your ads are in same disguise then you can get banned from google
Will adsense ban publishers account violating the ToS below or the publisher will first receive a warning first and if they don't comply that's the time adsense will blocked their account?
