AdSense and BANS

I've seen several BANS style websites that also have google ads on them. Isn't this against their programme policies?
I'm making a BANS style website myself so I'm wondering how much content you need before you can display google ads.

"No Google ad may be placed on any non-content-based pages.
No Google ad may be placed on pages published specifically for the purpose of showing ads, whether or not the page content is relevant."

I think, if you have normal looking bans site with (propably) ebay feed - its ok for adsense.
I saw webmasters using adsense on their bans.
Since adsense may be safely used even on web proxy sites (which have poor or nearly none content) - you can use adsense on your bans :)

But...I think that using adsense is useless on bans.
    Why?
Lets say that Joe visit your niche store. He was going to buy new porshe on your feed but... he saw adsense ads and clicked on them. and Boom, you just lost your commision which you could earn on selling porshe :)

Yes, I see what you mean. All the BANS stores I've looked at have AdSense on them but some have vitually no content. To be on the safe side I've emailed the AdSense team to find out what's acceptable. I'll try the site without Google ads first though to see what happens. We've just got an increase on our earnings from ebay in th UK. It's gone up from 25% to 30%.
