Adsense and BANS site?

    I have a BANS (build a niche store) site. The program has a place set for adsense ads integrated into the site. I don't have an adsense account. My questions is could I get approved for adsense if I submit my BANS site? Also I am aware of the new disclaimer TOS so the site will have a privacy policy.

    without private policy you wont get adsense
    i was denied because my web site was without private policy
