Adsense AND Amazon on the same page at the same time?

I was wondering if it was OK to place AdSense ads on some of the pages of my website whilst showing ad's for Amazon to.

I found this is the AdSense TOS:

From reading the above, I am assuming it is OK as long as they do not look the same, which they will not. Nor will I be using a sponsored search feature from either company.

Is there any other areas within the TOS which could cause an issue do you think? Or am I good to go?

Thanks for any advice on the matter :)

The parts that you bolded just say that google wants people to tell adsense banners from other ads. Do not make your amazon ads the same exact color and formatting as adsense. When someone sees your page, they should be able to tell the difference between the different ads.

I have been running amazon and adsense right next to each other for over a year, and have never had any problems.
