I wan't to become an affiliate of a site that always has Adsense ads on one of my sites.
I know it is against the TOS to contact an advertiser and I also don't want to take Adsense off my site.
Is there a way to do this without violating the TOS which I most definately don't want to do.

    Thanks
    MK

hmm...this is tricky. what does you as an affiliate do? i think as long as you being an affiliate has nothing to do with the adsense ad on your site then it's ok. but i'm shooting randomly here. :)

I'd suggest contacting AdSense Support and asking them - exactly the same way you asked here. Then you'll know for sure - and you'll have something in writing... ;)

There's no need to be cautious about this. You're not violating anything. Go and become an affiliate and think nothing off it. One has nothing to do with the other.

The only problem you may have is that your affiliate link might not convert, and you might be losing out on clicks if you have two ads for the same company on your site. I.e. if they click on your affiliate link and doesn't buy, you make no money; but if they click on the Adsense ad and doesn't buy, you DO make money. After all, they aren't going to click on BOTH ads.
