Adsense and Affiliate links on one page allowed?

    Incorrect - Adsense changed that rule a few years ago. You can use other contextual advertising OR affilliate links on the same pages as Adsense, so long they cannot be confused with your adsense ads (they must look/feel different)

    That will depend how you put your affiliate link. It might be better to make a banner for the affiliate link.
