I have searched and I cannot find the answer to this. Are Adengage ads and Google ads allowed to be displayed on the same page?

As far as AdSense are concerned it isn't a problem as long as the AdSense ads and Adengage ads don't look the same. The recent (Jan 2007) TOS rewrite specifically mentioned competing ads being permissible.

Excellent. SO as long as I keep the images of the ads in Adengage then it should be ok right?

    yea but it reads this

    Competitive Ads and Services

In order to prevent user confusion, we do not permit Google ads or search boxes to be published on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colors as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.

To me that means that we can only sell Links on the site. Am i misinterpreting that?

I know what it reads. This is an example of Google language - it isn't quite plain English! (never is with Google) Everyone is interpreting this as meaning non-AdSense ads are allowed as long as they don't look the same.
