Adsense and ad revenue sharing forums

Under the terms and conditions, section 2, paragraph 3 (titled "AdSense for Content") states that ads and links "(i) shall only be displayed in connection with the Site(s), each of which is subject to review and approval by Google in its discretion at any time;"

If I do not own a forum that is displaying an add and sharing revenue with me, how is this in compliance with the terms of service?

I'm not saying that it's not in compliance, just trying to understand the rules better.

I myself run revenue sharing on my forums from one year. And I have had not problems at all with it. This thing has already been discussed a lot on DP in last year.

Thanks guys. I've had some other people locally they haven't had any problem with it either. As soon as my account clears, I guess I'll be putting my info in.
