Yes, most sites with girls are fine as long as it is not sexual or implies that. I have seen many bikini sites that have worked well with ad sense. The problems come when you add adult content or make porn like. There are ways to display pictures in a sexy manner without making it sex related. As long as you do this, you should be fine.

It really depends on if you can make google a lot of money from the start then I am sure you can "work something out with them" if not then they will more then likely wait till you have about 99 dollars then they will ban you.

Don't take anybody's word for it but Google. We've all seen steamy sites successfully run with adsense. But i'm sure we've all also seen steamy sites get banned from adsense.
