Well after wasting hour or so i have decided to take this issue to my community.
When i integrated adsense to analytics i only had one site. I have started many sites from thereon and always wanted to get reports them with analytics, but did not try to integrate both. Eventually, i tried it today and i am fucked up in this really!!!
Adsense help has OLD AGE tutorials (old interface of adsense) to integrate...

There it shows the option of "integrate your adsense account with google analytics" but here in new interface i have only the option of
View full reports | View performance in Google Analytics
Code (markup):
I am UNable to find the code either. i have searched every possible page of my analytics and adsense profile but in vain.
Ps. Only site which is showing adsense report is my first site and there is no such code anywhere in the site, neither in footer nor in header; as shown in the URL above!
Example:

<script>
window.google_analytics_uacct = "UA-accountnumber-propertyindex";
</script>
Code (markup):

After going to OLD ANALYTICS interface:
I have managed to solve my problem. It does not work for me as described in help link. I had to open my Analytics account and click on "Edit" in the overview of the domains to get into the profile settings. Then click on the "Edit" (upper right corner) again and activate Yes, this profile should receive AdSense data.

This revealed the code, that I have already copied in all my websites. I just double checked it. AdSense data appeared immediately in my Analytics account (however not backdated).

The trick was to activate the checkbox in the Analytics profile. I am not sure why it does not work as described in the help, but it works now.
