Try to change your ads placement, color or ads size, and etc in different pages. Use google analytic to track your adsense click through rate. Remember to use channels to track the pages' CTR and study which channel give you the best adsense earning or CTR. Then, copy the page adsense arrangement to other pages in your blog/website and you will see your adsense earning improves.

Try changing your niche. Adsense don't work with all type of sites, try other network, Adbrite may give you much better than this one

 

Adbrite also does not show their ads as the website's primary language is not English.

What do you use to drive traffic? It is definitely not organic, because your ctr would be higher.

I used to get around 1 to 2% CTR, then one day I read that people's eyes go to about 30% page left, 30% page down. Makes sense because the world is 70% water, 30% crap(30% of us is water, the rest is included in the share of crap).

Also, when you take pictures, photo school says "put your subject 30% left, 30% down". So there you go. That's my big secret. Ooops I spilled the beans...
