Adsense Alternatives?

Some time ago, my account was disabled by Google Adsense. The only explanation I have as to why was because I was a risk to advertisers. What I'd like to know is if there are any good alternatives out there?

If you list something can you provide the following stats (if possible):

CPA (cost per acquisition)
CPM (cost per 1000 impressions)
CPC (cost per click)
Types of Adverts: (for example banner, in-text)

I've tried Adbrite but shows occasional adult ads. I've tried Adtoll, but it also shows (more frequently) adult ads.

well there is only one who can pay similar to adsense and its on my signature link... so check my signature link and you will get some really good ads network....

I would choose Bidverstiser for sure.

 

Are these real alternatives or insignificant competitors? There is a real difference there. There may be value in trying to obtain a new account for you.
