First of all there is no alternatives for adsense and even if there are network who may pay you similar as adsense then they ask for same quality as well which means if adsense is not working for you then no other network may pay you as good but if you have good quality website then I would suggest you contacting edomz support I have over great ecpm for some countries.

By the way why are you looking for adsense alternatives, is your account blocked in adsense well if your account is blocked in adsense then you will have even hard time finding an alternatives because now a days I see all cpm ad network offers google ads but I do not know what connections it has

Its been mentioned over and over there is no alternative to adsense, this is just a term to misguide webmasters who unfortunately cannot use adsense, if you find a way to get facebook, yahoo or bing then it still makes a sense to call them alternative but no other company can be considered as google alternative.

If you have good traffic then instead of CPM try CPA there are many gaming offers in peerfly and maxbounty, I notice even cpm companies advertise only these offers then why not direct cpa offers directly and see how good earning you make.
