Is there any other services like adsense that pay higher? Any help is appreciated.

There are alternatives such as clicksor and bidclix but no one is close in terms of quality and earnings.

I maintain a list of Google AdSense alternatives, but as previous posters have stated, none of them are close to Google in terms of CTR or CPC.

I've used allfeeds.com, but they were horrible at finding quality targetted advertising and their 'search' feature, was just a small list of paid sponsors. I never earned more than a few cents a day with them before I threw my hands in the air and removed their ads from my website.
