i see people ask about adsense alternative over and over again but we never see any useful answer. does that mean there is no alternative out there? who is the closest in terms of earnings per clicks? what happened with yahoo ads? i cant see anyone using that these days. did it die?
I used Microsoft Pubcenter they pay 10x more then Google, however its hard to get in because its in BETA version right now and only U.S accept.
I am staying with adsense for now but I see that some great ways to earn money will be available in future. This Microsoft BETA thing definetely looks promising but I am ot from US so I will have to wait a bit longer.
What do you mean by no useful answers? If you have seen a lot of threads like this before then it should answer you question already. You will just get the same answer if you are going to ask this over and over again.
You can find a list of adsense alternatives here: forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=816484 But I think that in terms of earnings, Adsense is on the top.
i used Adbrite, it pays u less but good if u are banned on adsense and looking for any remedy outside the USA
app789, has Adbrite improved their ad quality at all? I know a couple of years ago when I used them, the quality of the ads shown was not very good.
currently adbrite is best after adsense - but it works when you have good traffic. If its less then the earnings will be very less.so yes if adsense its gone its bad.But you can also turn to in content ads like infolinks - better than kontera.
I find the combination of Adsense and Infolinks to be the most profitable! Adsense is still the highest paying provider of contextual ads while Infolinks is the highest paying solution for in text ads!
Adsense earning is one of the highest paying option and the question of alternatives arise only when you are banned by the google or not successful in fully exploiting its potential. Affiliate marketing may be good, if you have the flair.
You can check my signature for AdSense alternatives. There are good ones. AdSense seem the preferred one for many people because it pays generally well. Yahoo Publishers Network seems also, but it is only open to US publishers at the moment. It has been in beta and I think it still is. There are many good alternatives to AdSense, but some will be better depending of your market. Sometimes you may need try them to compare the results.
There are many alternative of adsense but not all of them are better than adsense. Have you tried to use ad serving software? If you want to monetize your site maximally you should build own ad serving system. One of the best up-to-date scripts providing such opportunity is SmartPPC EVO(smartppcevo.com).
