    Hii..

I am having a regional forum. So you can understand, how much would I have been earning. Today, I got 49 clicks and 1.69 dollars.

So I want to know, what else I can use? I am getting a CTR or around 1%

OK. What I mean is, people say regional sites are low paying and I can see that. I get around 50-80 clicks per week and only 1-2 dollars. I dont think its normal?? Is IT?

So I want to know, what other alternatives are there for such sites/

Try Adbrite or Chitika for a week or two to see what is best for you.

try kontera, the click through will definitely improve. Though other ads networks usually don't have enough ads inventory to support regional sites/forums, so if you don't get targeted ads then get back to adsense,

Forums have low CTR, so I guess the only way to earn more is to increase the traffic. You can add a blog in your site, add lot of content in it, that may help to improve the CTR of your site.

You're getting a good number of clicks but your cpc is low. I doubt there's anything you could do to increase your adsense revenue (other than more traffic). So you should look at inline text ads and maybe try to find some local advertisers to list on your site.

You can also try selling advertising directly to local businesses - that is if your forum or site has traction in the local area. If it doesn't, you can get some of your friends involved seeding the site with content and grow from there.
