Adsense along with Pop-Unders - Legal ?

    I was recently approached by a media manager from Gungoo.

    They claim to pay a fixed eCPM for pup-unders. I'm interested in trying them out. Currently my website serves Google Adsense. Is it legal for me to show pop unders from the same site, or is it violation of Google Adsense's TOS ?

    I'm pretty sure any popup or pop under with AdSense on is illegal.

    Does this mean I cannot use Adsense and Pop-ups at the same time ? I don't intend to embed adsense within pop-up.

    They'll be separate revenue streams by themselves.

    As per as I know, Google Adsense does not allow using pop-up advertising along with its advertisements.

    If they're on the same site I don't think you'll be able to, well you can - but you'll run the risk of google disabling your adsense account or at worst deindexing your site

    Nope its not allowed. I wouldn't risk having both pop-under ads and adsense on the same site if I were you.

    Don't risk anything with adsense- they are for advertisers.
