Adsense along with Google CSE

    I'm using the Google Custom Search Engine (not the search available in the Adsense account) and have it linked to my Adsense account so that I earn money from ads served by G on the results page.

    Can anyone tell me if running my own adsense ads on the results page for the Google Custom Search Engine violates TOS?

    Do you mean running normal Adsense units on the result page?

    If yes, then you would be violating the ToS. I think the same rules apply as for the Adsense for search pages. The only other ad unit you may have on the result page is a ad link unit.

    Thanks. Yes, you are correct.

    I contacted Adsense and they said "at this time", running ads on the CSE results page is not allowed.
