Adsense Allows More than 3 Ad Units in Single Page

Discussion in 'Guidelines / Compliance' started by wordpecker, Jan 23, 2014.

    Hi webmasters,
I read this in many forums. Finally tried it out and it worked out like a charm. But I am not sure if they allow the same feature for all users or it's restricted to giant blogs/sites. I know for high traffic sites (like ezinearticles.com) with huge monthly income are allowed to place custom Ansense units and they are also allowed more than 3 ad units. This used to happen in past. I haven't heard/read anything with reference from a Googler. That's why I can't take chances. But 4 ad units are properly showing in my blog even though it's not huge by any means :)

What I assume Adsense now removed the 3 ad unit restriction. Anybody else here tried the same?
Please don't write copybook words like they don't allow. I know this, but I want to know, are using 4 or still stuck to 3?
    Thanks in advance!!

"AdSense for content: Publishers may place up to three AdSense for content ad units on each page. Out of those three ad units, no more than one can be size 300x600. Publishers can place more than one of all ad sizes except the 300x600 on each page. In addition to three AdSense for content ad units, publishers may also place up to three link units and two search boxes on each page. These policies apply to both desktop and high-end mobile optimized sites."

That page is breaking the rules.

You are right as the ToS is still not updated. But I think on experimental basis Adsense allows users 4 ad units. Not sure but it could be the reason.

Premium publishers can negotiate this with Google
.....until they detect it or someone reports you and adserving to that site will be disabled!

Yes, it will show up but the question is whether it's permitted or not.

Why do I need to check. You are the one that needs to go and read Googles' policy and then come back here and apologize to the DigitalPoint community for posting bullshit.

It's you who "is nonsense", just read the policies here:
    https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1346295?hl=en-GB#Google_ad_limit_per_page
Maximum 3 ad units and 3 link units,
I think I would rather use that as a source of info than some tard from this forum who obviously knows Jack Shit.

One way to test (for sure), try hanging >3 ads block for a while, if Google ban you, it's NOT allowed, otherwises, it's allowed!
PS: just curious why do you wanna hang >3 ads? You earn more for that? From my own exp, I just hang max 2, so the highest-paid ads will be displayed and help me earn more (in contrast).

There are no change from google for permitted more then three ads units
    i m see a good article about this - http://www.mearning.com/google-adsense-maximum-ad-units-per-page/

If you see more then 3 ads unit per page it means the site have premium publisher
If your site receives more than 5 million search queries or 20 million content page views a month, you may qualify for adsense premium publisher.
    Thanks

You cannot place more than 3 adsense ads on a single page. However, if you with an AdX partner like us, you can place more Google Ads, which are called AdX ads.

Do not Overrule the Google Policies Otherwise you will put your adsense account at risk. Agent000 Have stated the fact. Google's Policy pages are updated frequently. So, just saying that they did not update the policies, than you are might be wrong.

Your answer is Google doubleclick Adx. With google adx you can show 3 adsense ads and 4 more google adx ads. But there is a problem . the problem is google just give adx to high visitors web site.
But Google has adx seller partners. You should find an adx seller partner and be its member to show 4 more google ads. http://www.youradx.com is one of the web site who can give you extra ad place for your web site.

Try Superlinks.com, they are an ADX partner and you do not have to be a large site to be accepted into the program. They will look at the quality of your traffic very closely and make sure it qualifies for the program, but the traffic requirements are very minimal.
