    Hi to all,

I want to setup a site with different topics. Imagine a informational portal with answers from me to specific topics. So the website will not be devoted lets say to ONE specific topic but to many topics. Each website and each topic will be well written about a specific topic and each page will be optimized with this topic. Is this kind of website allowed?

    Thanks

    George

If that's your personal web site, I don't see why it shouldn't be allowed.

Unless, your hosting (service) provider has specific condition, or the country you're in disallowed that. Otherwise, it's all up to individuals.

Use section targetting and you will be fine. Nothing in the TOS states that you cannot have a general site/blog.

What do you mean if my hosting provider has specific conditions? I paid for a webhosting plan and i think that i am allowed to host any page on this host if it is legal. I dont want to post anything that is copyrighted. I just want to create a professional website ( it will not look like a personal website ) which will cover many topics. Imagine that you go to a site but you cant arrange the website to something specific. The website will have lets say 100 pages but every page will cover a different topic in deep and very well written. Every pages html code will be keyword optimized for this specific topic.

I am afraid that Google will tell me that my website MUST have a specific topic like "computer" or "travel" and that i cant create a website with DIFFERENT topics. I mean how would it look to you if you go to a website and read on one page something about LONDON TRAVEL INFORMATION and then you go to a different page and read something about HOW TO USE YOUR DIGITAL CAMERA, and then you go to a different page to read a RECIPE ABOUT SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE. Everything of course written without using copyrighted material. WOuld Google tell me that this is a MFA website?

    Thanks

    George

    Specific condition means:
Some web hosting service providers do not allow illicit sex contents on their servers, or sites that performing operations that is disallowed, i.e., running bitTorrent engine... and so on.

With respect to what you're really looking for, i.e. Google topic, I think that's perfectly fine. You can cover all kinds of topics you want within yours site.

That’s what a blog is. You can have anything on your site.
