You're kidding, right? Have you not read the policies about drawing attention to ads using exactly that technique? Implement something like that and kiss your adsense account good bye.

I see this kind of trick long long ago and most of the sites were banned by the big G. So you better not try this one. Even if it's not an adult or sexy picture, don't apply this to your blog/site.
its risky don't do this at all my friend its against Google tos just remove pictures near the ad units it will be safe then .....if you use this tip then your ctr also increases and Google will detect it ...
