AdSense Age Requirement

    Well if your not you can get away with it but Adsense requires you to be over 18 although I contacted Adwords and they have no requirements for age :)

    Brilliant websites can be created by under 18s, but Google has a duty to AdWords advertisers and I imagine some of them would be slightly put off if they thought they were spending their money on websites created by minors. You could probably get away with it, but breaking the TOS is breaking the TOS and Google would be well within their rights to close your account if they ever found out.

    I don't know. Does the ToS say that you kinda sorta might need to be at least 18? Or does it say that you have to be?

    The TOS says you must be 18. I have never heard google banning someone for this reason and there are usually no problems with it at the bank. I would have a parent sign you up just to be safe
