I once read that you'd be not allowed to participate in traffic exchange systems if you'd like to use adsense. What is allowed and what not? I guess you can use link exchange, but what is about automatic link exchanges like services, where a "link box" is displayed, generated by the link exchange server? Link exchanges are fine as long as they aren't contextual. If you just put in a category and the links come from that category it's fine. Autosurf services that artificially inflate traffic are frowned upon as far as I know.
