i got my AdSense application approved a while ago now. i've now spent some time looking all over the ToS and the AdSense FAQ that's posted here.. but even after reading through those, including the links in the FAQ, i am still uncertain about a couple of things, so i just have to ask, just to be on the safe side. a majority if these questions might be a bit newbie, but hey, i want to be on the safe side rather than just jump into it by ignoring everything... so yeah, here are my worries: 1: since my location country is NORWAY, i cannot get EFT.. does this mean that getting check is my only payment option? 2: i haven't yet officially opened my site, but i will do it tonight. clearly that the visitors are 0 for now, but once i open, i reckon the number will increase from 0 to 2-300.. is that high enough number for me to e-mail AdSense-support and let them know about this? 3: what does this mean: i understand that i can check my CTR if i login to my AdSense account, yes? and the other part; does checking the AdSense account/CTR twice/three times a day have any impact on the money i make? 4: i will be having quite a lot of members who go to schools where they share the IP with the rest of the school computers... what happens if one or more users that are users on my site/forum EACH click at least 200 times on the ads throughout a day WHILE i am at work myself? should i notify Google about this ASAP, perhaps? because i have a bad feeling that some of the members will do exactly that.. and when Google sees there has been TOO many clicks from one IP, they will ban me, yes? so i should notify them about this already today, yes? 5: i am not 100% understood with how the calculation of the CTR works.. i've read this earlier: what does the impression number mean, really? i reckon that i will have about 10.000 impressions a day.. so.. how does that number affect into the calculation? i am quite lost about this.. 6: if my CTR reaches 100% (or any other high number), does it mean that i am in "trouble" and i should contact the AdSense-support? 7: how many times can i click on my ads by a mistake before i should let Google know about this? 1-2 times a day or something? 8: what am i supposed to do if users starts asking me why all these ads are placed here and there on my site + forum? i cannot tell them that those are ads they should click on because that would get me banned.. how am i legally supposed to tell/inform them about the AdSense-part? because i know people will soon start asking me those questions.. 9: of course the site + forum are both registered under my name, but what happens if i.e my forum co-admin/moderator clicks on the ads that are shown here and there? will it cause me trouble, perhaps? and what happens if he/she tells others to click on the ads? that will cause trouble for me since it's said on my forums and because the forum is registered on me, yeah? 10: what does exactly this mean: answer is yes, but what search results pages? the one's where i use "search" in forums and/or the site, huh? 11: i understand that getting a PSA isn't a good thing, but can someone clearify me on these points when it comes to PSA: :: "Your website is using session IDs in the URL." --> what's session ID? :: "Your web pages are behind a login." --> this includes forums as well, or? although guests can view my forum (and thus the ads as well) without logging in.. :: "If you would like to grant Google's crawler access your pages, you can do so without granting permission to any other bots." --> how do i grant Google's crawler access to my site? does the crawler need access to my forums as well? i don't have any robot.txt on my site... 12: highest paying keywords... i see the list, but where do i input or announce those keywords..? or isn't that up to me at all, perhaps..? 13: since my site's main attraction will be the forums, can i have AdSense ads on both my forum AND on my site (frontpage), perhaps? 14: if i place images above my AdSense ads, should i attach the AdSense-link to the images as well? phew.. A LOT of questions, but i hope that someone will bother to help me out with these.. that'd be utterly appriciated!
Okay I got some answers for some of the questions. I promise I'll be nice, everyone's got to start somewhere: 2. The only requirement is to have the website up and running, I had absolutely no traffic when my site got approved for AdSense 3. The comment means don't waste your time checking your earnings over and over when you could be using that time to do something productive to grow your website. 5. Basically impressions are how many times an ad is displayed to a user. So if a user visits a page of yours that has 3 ads, you will get 3 impressions. The ratio of impressions to clicks is the CTR. High CTR means you're ads are very enticing to people. 6. A high CTR can be suspicious because it's hard to image that every person that saw your ads was interested enough to click on them. Remember you cannot do any explicit tricks to get people to click. 7. Never click on your ads, 1 or 2 over a period of months can go unreported, but to be on the safe side you should report them to Google. Any clicks from you in terms of days is going to get you banned. Also remember that you won't get any money for your accidental clicks. 8. Luckily part of Google's policy is that you must link to a private policy page from any page showing ads. The private policy will let the user know that there are Google advertisements on your site, etc. 12. AdSense ads automatically scan the page they are on for keywords. The point of those high paying lists is that your supposed to write articles or whatever that contains those keywords. Just so you know, that NEVER works. Google considers more things than just the keywords. 13. You can place ads anywhere you like as long as you stay to the limit per-page. (Also once you are approved you can place ads on any future websites that you make, but of course, if those future websites don't meet policy, your account will be banned for all your websites) 14. Confused about this question. As a reference, keep images away from ads, otherwise just make sure there is a clear distinction that the ads are not related to the image. Hope that helps!

thankies a bunch for clearing things up, AdSenseLand! just a small thing.. i can mention that my site got Google Ads in my sites policy/rules, huh? and can someone help me with answers to question #4, 9, 10 and 11? especially #4 and #9! would be eager to know an answer to those. ing; i will check it out, yes. thank you.
another question... can i have ads in my forums AND on my first/main page as well? like.. have ads on top, bottom and after 1 or 2nd post in each thread + have ads on my main/front page where news can be found etc? will this cause trouble for me with Google, huh?
