Adsense Ads Under Misleading Headings

    I was wondering if this site at http://www.new-acne-treatment.com is breaking the TOS by placing Adsense under misleading headings such as Main Menu and Related

    Just want to make sure that it is NOT against the TOS so I can do the same. :cool:

    I think misleading headings will not cause any problems....

    Yes, they are breaking the terms of service.

    You may only label them as “sponsored links” or “advertisements”.

    Heading "Related" is clearly breaking TOS. Site owner relating his contents to the Ads. Driving attention of visitors to Ads is against TOS.
