    Adsense ad units are not getting displayed in the right hand site navigation column in the blog

    what might be the problem

    First don't play with the adsense code.
    The problem may be that there are some misssing tags ( for example you didn't close the tag bracket).

    Click on the "Manage Ads" link, it is a new Adsense feature.
