Adsense ads not displaying

    I have two ads on one page but most of the time only one is displayed what are the reasons that both are not displayed simultaneously?

    As far as I know I can put atmost 3 ads per page? Is there any new changes in the guidelines?

    No, there are no changes in the guidelines. How much content do you have on the page? You'll want to make sure the ads have enough text for the ads.
