    I would put a 768 banner in the header and a skyscraper banner on the left column.
    Also, make the square copy banner text instead of an image and throw in a link unit above all the copy.

    I would try a horizontal link unit under the text 'Tutorials Free Photoshop' with white links

    I like your current placement under 'Free Photoshop Tutorials - Image , Graphics Editing' because it blends well

    I would put a similar unit above or below 'Tutorials For Photoshop'

    top bannar should be longer. and the left side ad is not of good use.

    Move the bottom ads to top. Additionally, increase the size of the ads placed on the top.

    I personally think where you've got the ad blocks at present is pretty good. How many visitors are you getting? Don't be to quick to change things up until you've had enough visitors to see if things are working or not. Then experiment by changing/moving one ad block at a time.
