Never seen this before but I have just unblocked all third party ads networks in review center to see how my earning is improved and got this weird ads showing up on my homepage. Is that because of third party ads network? or Google ads system error?
You have so much content and so many different links that Google is having a tough time deciding what your page is about. That's the real reason your ads are all over the place. Take a look at your source code... see all the different text and links that the Adsense Bot will see. You might consider removing Adsense from your Homepage if it is not performing. I do it all the time. Many of my blogs get their main traffic from interior pages anyways.
