adsense ads box size suggestions needed

    i run a small mobile site (link availabale in my signature) today i have placed adsense ads on it.I need suggestion about what box size should i choose for adsense ads.I have currently chosen 250x250 square box should i opt for 200x200 ? or 250 is good?

    You need to use both larger banner and small mobile ads so that you can monetize both traffic that is mobile and PC users.

    Why not test both sizes? Also dont forget the mobile monetization or you'll be losing revenue as markss points out.

    in my life i have never seen this type of 3rd class website. don't mind dude. its not a site its a dump garbage. don't use any kind of box. you can use line ads. i think this is the only possible way to get clicks.
