Go to Google keywords enter your site and find out keywords and pay per click amount Choose low paying words [.05 $] and enter them into google search engine Check sponsored ads on those lower paying keywords and remove those sites from your adsense account
some times google shows one ads always on your website, let see if one only from a particular side is appear again and again, just monitor that url and enter in your website. because after few days a time come people become known to the link which is appearing on your website always, suppose when ever you open your web page you see ad from www.pkpedia.110mb.com you must block it first and also your own website if you are using adword
