multiple accounts with diff address and email but same name, technically it could work out but that would be walking on a very thin ice

Having multiple accounts is against googles terms of service. There is nothing to stop you having accounts in the name of your husband/wife, children, mother, father or any other family member, but each individual is only allowed to have a single account. Having multiple accounts is probably a smart more from a risk management point of view, especially if you are inclined to try any black hat tactics, but trying to have more than one account in your own name is bound to end in tears. Google don't forget, and don't forgive. Mess with their terms of service at your peril!
Yes, you can create multiple accounts with any detail (address, name etc) matching another AdSense account, but there is no guarantee that they will both survive long time.
Adsense isn't the only game in town, but if you decide to play it, you'd better be prepared to play by their rules or you'll soon be looking for a new game to play. Considering that google can track down duplicate content across the entire internet, how long do you think it's going to take them to track down duplicate names in their own client database? There are smart ways to use the system to your advantage, and some that are, to put it nicely, less smart. Multiple adsense accounts in the same name are definitely at the "less smart" end of the scale!
