    Read Adsense terms and conditions properly and try to understand properly. Never click on your ads and never violet their terms and conditions.

    Every new users want to earn a huge income online so they can not stop them selves to click on adsense ads and accidently breaking google TOS. When begineers are banned again and again, they learn the lesson and either start working genuinely or just give up. If you don't know why your account is getting banned, you must do some research on google adsense policy and terms and of course on your site's quality also. If you still not know, better to give up, try some thing else.

    An account may banned only cause of misuse, may be you violent the etiquette of adsense thats why you banned often, read the official rules and regulation of adsense to consistent your account.
