Adsense Account Terminated-Ways to get re-instated?

I have an adsense account that made 20k/month which was just terminated. Have anyone got paid for an account after it being terminated? I understand that you can appeal the termination decision. Has anyone been successful with a decision reversal and got paid even after termination? Any answers would be appreciated.

Yes, few peoples get reinstated, but there is no guarantee, you should provide the log details and explain them the problem and you should be lucky to get reinstated. Thats a massive amount to loose in a single day..

If it's related to click fraud and you do not have sufficient proof then no matter how much you appeal, they will not listen.
