    I would suggest writing to Google and explaining the issue you had with the stolen content. Make sure to include the URL of the blog containing the stolen content, along with the URL of the "Stolen Content" thread you created.

    It is very hard to regain adsense account once banned. Google bans most good publishers. No idea why.
