can anyone give me a suggestion why i am getting rejected.

    2) What google will see in the second stage of approval?

There is no help. Its not going to get approved:
    1. Useless tech site that offers nothing new or any value to the web. It just parrots what is already on a zillion other tech sites. Adsense requires unique and compelling content - not content that is already widely available --> not going to get adsense
    2. English is obviously not your first language. Your use of the English language and grammar is bad --> not going to get adsense

Is someone making a killing sell these tech site blogs? I feel I'm missing out! Mind you why I'd want to buy copied crap is beyond me - still it seems to be sellling well. I was thinking of running an adsense coaching course and this confirms a lot of people need it.

I help out in the Adsense help group at Google groups ... a couple of days ago there were over a dozen tech blogs posting in just one day wondering why they got rejected .... go figure! All were from India and all were useless.

    First...
    Buy a Wordpress blog

    Second...
Write content that is unique and Copyscape approved.

    Third...
Each post that you write, try to make it above 800 words

    Fourth...
You should have at least 30 - 50 posts
over a period of 3 months

    After 3 months...
    apply to Google.

    You will get approval.

    More myths and bullshiit!
Why? It will make no difference.
Copyscape does not tell you how unique it is and the content can still suck
More bullshit. There is no such guideline! There is no max or minimum. I have one blog in which posts are around 2000-3000 words and another in which each post is only a short sentence!
More bullshit. There is no such minimum post requirement and 3 months is something you just made up. The only time requirement is 6 months for those sites from a couple of specific countries that are responsible for most of the crap sites.
Bullshit again. There are so many other requirements, esp the one about "COMPELLING" content that has to be met.

Did you even look at the OP's site - if they did all you said, they will still not get approved for the reasons stated above.

You have to stop spreading so much made up nonsense.

It is because of responses like the above
that people fail to make money online.

    I am genuine
and I have a name and a pic to my name.

    I am not a fake.

I do not use fake names
    and create faceless profiles.

I am here to help people.

The net is filled with scamsters.

    Quite obviously...
    the response to my help
    is by a scamster
who does not want people to succeed online
and who has no knowledge of IM!

I will no longer respond to this person...
I do not care for scamsters!!!

...you still spreading bullshit and myths and lies about adsense. This forum would be a better place if people stopped doing that.

What are you hoping to achieve by spreading myths about adsense? What is your motivation in making things up?

The only pic you have of yourself is a tiny, pixelated one?

scamster? new one on me, is that like a hamster with an s? Or simply someone like you that asks for advice and then doesn't like the free advice they are given? Don't ask for free advice and then moan if it doesn't suit your needs. Not our problem you dont like the honest responses you were given! It's free advice, tbat people have taken time an effort to provide you with - don't you ever forget that! Insulting people isnt going to help you. What! You think we should give you the answers you want to hear even if they are wrong???? Go play somewhere else like in heavy traffic.
