My Google Adsense application did not approve for the reason of Under construction, My website contain 39 page, and online for more than 6 months.

    Strange!!!

They asked me to fix the problem and resubmit, so i did re-submit my account at wordpress.com name.wordpress.com which is an other mistake as wordpress.com don't allow you to put Adsense.

Now i wonder if google adsense will approve my account with my wordpress website i submit or they will refuse it...

    - Am i allowed to re-submit again if they refuse it ??

    - If they accept it, is it ok if i didn't put adsense of it, and put it in a different website ?

Yes, if you are accepted you don't have to put the ads on the site you showed at application time, it's stupid but that's like that.
It's better to have a blogger account, have a working blog quite old and updated, and request adsense from there. Safest way to ask for an adsense account.
