Adsense account got banned exactly after i received the pin.
All went well, for 1 month and after i received the pin from google, and add it for verifying, after 2 day my account got banned, they say for invalid click activity. It is a little odd, because my CTR wasn't higher than 2%. And most of my sites are on the first page. I tried appealing but no luck.
I have created a new adsense account on the same name, different e-mail and different domain, got approved in less than 24 hours, is it possible that i will get banned for having the same name on the payee check?

Not probably, 100% be sure you gonna be banned for such an action. Try using name or data of some of your relatives.

Google must caught you within few days. You may try to open a business account with another payee name and address.

Whatever you try, there is a good chance you will be discovered.

Hopefully, others can learn from this. Clicking on ads on your own site or encouraging others to click on the
ads is against their rules. You will be caught.

You may need to use other sources of revenue as Linkshare. Commission Junction, Amazon associates and a number of others.
They all supply banners, links, etc. Good luck to you.

If you use the same websites but will other payee name, you will still get caught.
PS: Is not a good idea to male a new account with them, if you got banned.
I think they have more ways to detect if you make a new account.

first of all one thing i noticed is that this is a style of google that they ban a person near his/her payment date so you also probably got banned when there was a date of your payment.
Secondly yes that is against the policy of google to have more than one account

Wow I'm sorry to hear that but you won't need the AdSense PIN anymore. You can also use the AdSense form to try to get your AdSense account back.

Some people are not aware that certain activities to advertise your site are not allowed under the Google Adsense TOS. For instance you can't put your site into a Traffic Exchange, or participate in any type of exchange where you look at their site if they will look at your site. Clicks from these types of advertising methods will be considered invalid click activity and will get you banned from Google. Most people know that clicking your own links is a fast and brutal method for getting banned from Google Adsense, however, many don't realize that certain types of advertising will also get you banned.

Be very careful if you have a site where you share Adsense revenue with other members on your site. Say you own an article directory and share adsense with your members. If you have an ad with your ID on an article that was submitted by one of your members, and they also have an ad with their Google Adsense ID, and they don't understand the Adsense TOS, their marketing activity could get YOU banned from Google Adsense. (Does that make sense?)

It's super important to read the Adsense TOS in full and make sure you understand the language in the TOS. Sometimes it's a bit confusing.

I think you are right, it is because i used a link exchange program, linkmarket, and that is maybe the reason for getting the invalid click activity. I know that is illegal to click on your ads, which i did not. So this could be the single possible explanation. I also wanted to say that before getting banned on this account, i got banned on an older account that i have had 1-2 years ago, so in my opinion if i received the pin, which is a good thing, google is forgive you after a year or 2, better luck in the future.

It's natural to get banned like that.

The position of the ads could inflate the clicks from the advertisers and get you banned.
