Adsense account from other country

    Hey all experts!

    Is it possible and legal to have an adsense account from any other country as there are very low chances of an account approval when applied from Asian countries. I witnessed it many times that websites with good traffic and even with good US and Canada based traffic was rejected by adsense.

    No, I meant if someone apply for an adsense account through a friend/relative in a non-asian country.

    I don't agree asian has low approval rate of adsense account than USA.
