    what should i do to appeal this? there are some of the websites running adsense on this account also in the adsense sandbox. how do i appeal for these websites?

    i have been with adsense for 8 years and suddenly there is an increase in the traffic and .. this happen.

    Do NOT appeal until you know the reason, otherwise it will be an epic fail and they generally do not look at subsequent appeals.

    What did the disabling email say was the problem?

    I think you should check the traffic log of your website and try to look for any suspicious activity. If you find anything suspicious than start working on it and than appeal for reinstate your Adsense account. Also make sure that you don't bought any paid traffic.
