Actually if you read the link that Google gave you, that's the suggest that they make. This is the main problem with google that bans the account without any reason. Google should change their rules now.
Don't use the same system (use diff computer for signup). If you have gmail with adsense blocked account, don't even check mail in that system. orkut,analytics,etc., I think Google Thinks your website as Made for adsense website. Two years back or so, forex was high paying keyword, many people created websites with that and earned very much and one fine day, G banned all such accounts without reason. Now health related, you have low traffic, earned suddenly from domain which was created one or two months back.
