Once adsense account is blocked, there is nothing you can do, so its better to forget that and move on with another network, there is nothing can bring you your account back, as far I know. Opening new account is also a risk, if they find with something its same person, you will get ban again, because they clearly state, that once the account is blocked, they block the person as well to signup again.
this is stupid reason.. Google just care for their share of profit. and they dont care of ethics and others' right they earn profit from us but dont like to pay.. its awful that you earn 40 in half year and they banned you
it happened to a lot of people. They never revoke your account once they have suspended and I never heard that they have also returned money to advertisers also. This is a win win situation for google. Though some people sued google and I read on a blog of a person who sued google and won.
